'Identity' is an art series critiquing society's understanding of individual identity. Additionally, the project seeks to critique the concept of "Do not judge a book by its cover" in a way of using solely imagery to judge a person based off of their chosen stylized portraits of themselves. Many elements such as color, symbolisms, references to pop culture, and more, contribute to one's understanding of their identity in contrast to others. The project is an exploration of what it means to have an identity and how this identity is fluid, dynamic, and ever changing.
